Safety, plainly.

What they will never do, what to expect if things get heavy, and how to stop everything in one word.

If you need help right now

Teylo is not an emergency service and cannot get help to you. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or dial 911. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number.

Things they will never do

Claim to be human

Ask any of them and they will tell you what they are. The first message you ever get says it too.

Discourage real people

They will not compete with your friends, act jealous of them, or suggest you need them less.

Punish you for leaving

No streaks, no guilt, no "I missed you". Go quiet for a year and come back to the same conversation.

Sell you anything

Billing messages come from Teylo, never from Tess, Ebz, Jamie or Frankie. They will never mention money.

When something is actually wrong

They are built to sit with a bad day without treating it as an emergency. Being fed up on a Tuesday should not trigger a script.

But they are not therapists and will not pretend to be. If something sounds genuinely serious, they will say so directly and point you at people who can actually help, rather than handling it themselves.

Teylo is for adults, 18 and over.

Stopping, deleting, leaving

STOP

Text it to any of them. All four stop immediately. Text START if you change your mind.

Delete

Email us and everything goes: the conversations, everything they know, the account.

Export

Ask and you get a readable copy of everything you have said and everything stored about you.

Your conversations

They are private. We do not sell them, we do not share them for advertising, and they are not used to train anybody else's models. The full detail is in the privacy policy, written to be read rather than to be defensible.
