Your data,
and how to leave.

Everything here is one message or one email. Nothing needs a phone call, and nobody will ask you to reconsider.

STOP

Text it to any of them and all of them stop straight away, not just the one you texted. You get a single confirmation and nothing after it.

Changed your mind? Text START to the same number.
Export

Every message and everything stored about you, in a file you can actually read.

Email [email protected]
Usually within a few days.
Delete

The account, the conversations, and everything the four know about you. All of it goes.

Email [email protected]
This one cannot be undone.

What is actually stored

Your phone numberIt is the account. There is no username and no password.
MessagesWhat you sent and what they sent back.
CallsTranscripts and summaries. The audio itself is not kept once the call ends.
What they know about youPeople, plans, projects, preferences. The things that make them worth texting twice.
BillingHandled by Stripe. Teylo never sees your card number.

No location, no contacts, no browsing. There is no app on your phone that could collect any of it.

Two things worth knowing

People who are not you

Your conversations mention other people. That stays inside your account, is never used to build a picture of them, and is never connected to them if they use Teylo too.

Between the four

They share the ordinary facts of your life so you are not repeating yourself. Anything you say is private to one of them stays with that one. That is enforced in the software, not by asking them nicely.
