Calls are included at every tier, not a premium add-on, and Jamie's number works exactly like calling anyone else already in your phone. Reasonable-use limits apply in the background, same as any provider, to stop abuse.
Save the number before you set off. Dialling from the car works better when it is already a name in your phone rather than a page you have to find again.
